I was lucky enough to photograph a handful of different cocktails and bottle set-ups for Hood River Distillers or HRD. HRD has a ton of terrific brands like Big Gin, Batanga Tequila, Easy Rider Bourbon, and Sinfire Cinamon Whisky. For this shoot, at the wonderful Tope and Lovely Rita restaurants, we focused on Big Gin and Batanga Tequila. Thank yous are deserved to Jannie from Little Green Pickle and Ashley Marti for making the photo shoot a success.

West Coast Collins:
2 oz Big Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz simple
Club soda to top
A float of Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur
Shake gin, lemon, and simple, strain over ice. Top with soda and float of CC Liqueur. Garnish with lemon wedge. Served in a highball.
1 oz Big Gin Bourbon Barreled
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.
1 ½ oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
2 oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Fresh lime Juice
¼ oz Agave Syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a piece of candied pineapple.
