The Allison Inn and Spa is a stunning hotel in Oregon’s wine country and The Jory Restaurant (inside the hotel) provides guests with some amazing food to go with the views and the wine. Executive Chef, Chris Smith, created delicious dishes like blackened prawns, strawberry salad and a mouth-watering Pinot Noir Burger for me to photograph. I enjoyed running around the restaurant finding different backdrops and finding or creating fun light.
If you haven’t had a chance to give yourself a getaway in wine country yet- I think you should! And I think you should check out Allison Inn and Spa. You can also visit The Jory Restaurant for an incredible meal any day of the week even if you’re not a hotel guest.
