To wrap up the food issue with Pearl Magazine, I visited Cerulean Winery and the Vaux restaurant inside the Canopy hotel. Both bars in the Pearl District are a great place to relax with a glass of wine.
Cerulean Winery is an art-filled tasting room with moody romantic lighting. You can choose from 15 wines ranging from pinot noir, to grüner veltliner and one of my favorite varietals, nebbiolo. Cerulean boasts an impressive charcuterie plate too.
Vaux, inside Canopy by Hilton, offers many seating arrangements with fun eclectic decor. They offer a full menu from Chef Sarah Woods and a fantastic wine menu. Featured in the photos is a Ken Wright pinot noir and the grilled salmon.
