FINEX CAST IRON COOKWARE
If you love to cook and particularly enjoy cooking with cast iron than you need FINEX cookware. Their local (Portland) handcrafted cast iron cookware is amazing and stunning (for the photographers out there).
What the FINEX team creates are American heirloom pieces. (Hint- would be an AWESOME gift for newlyweds, growing families or a special birthday/occasion for the home chef.) Their impressive collection of cast iron cookware includes: an 8” Cast Iron Skillet ($125), 10” Cast Iron Skillet ($165), 12″ Cast Iron Skillet, 10” Cast Iron Grill Pan ($150), 12″ Cast Iron Twin Spring Grill Pan ($225), 15” Lean Grill Pan ($150), and 1 Qt. Cast Iron Sauce Pot ($125). There are also bundled sets of FINEX products ranging from $200 up to $1,300 for the full 10-piece ultimate gift set.
And NOW… they’ve added a 5-quart dutch oven ($300). It’s gorgeous. I went to their release party and took a tour of how the Dutch Oven is produced. No robotic assembly lines- these are handcrafted by the great people of Portland.
Special features and benefits of the new FINEX 5 Qt. Dutch Oven

- Healthier, all-natural heirloom quality cookware
- Handmade in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.
I originally did a photo shoot a few years back when I received the 8″ skillet. I wanted to post a photo from that shoot to let people know about the release party. I decided to do a quick update shoot instead and came up with these elegant, simple cast iron photos. (Including one little egg. ha!) I am now a proud owner of the Dutch Oven and CAN’T WAIT to do a photo shoot with this bad boy. Stay tuned for those images. Until then, enjoy my artsy take on FINEX.
