Word’s that describe FINEX Cast iron pans: heirloom, beautiful, lifetime, quality, modern, American… and sexy! I never thought I would use the word sexy to describe cast iron cookware, but I just did. And I’m sticking to it.

Finex is a Portland-based company that is turning out absolutely gorgeous cast iron cookware. I now have a small selection and I cook with them every day. I’m grateful for not only their quality build but that I can leave them out on my stove or in my kitchen and it’s like having cast-iron artwork.

Not to mention they are a wonderful company to work for! Michael and I had fun photographing the lineup in some moody slit light. I thought I would share a few photos with you and remind you to check out Finex if you haven’t yet.
