Quaintrelle has been on fire lately! …In a good way. They’ve had a handful of publications feature either the restaurant in its entirety or Chef Bill’s amazing recipes or Camille’s intriguing cocktails. The restaurant is doing an amazing job and people are noticing! If you haven’t been in yet to check out what they’re doing with spring flavors, I encourage you to go soon. …And then repeat for summer, fall, okay you get the point. For now- spring.
