I photographed another round of beautiful dishes at Quaintrelle recently. Such color! Chef Ryley Eckersley is creating some delicious menu items with all the beautiful summer produce. For example, a beautiful salad with burrata, coppa, melons, nectarine, basil, squash, purslane, and almonds… does that not sound amazing? How about an entree of Smoked pork chop, plum, cucumber, hazelnuts, and herbs. Camille is always mixing up some refreshing cocktails and Quaintrelle’s wine list is A+ (By the way- on Wednesdays Quaintrelle offers 50% off bottles from their favorite producers.)
