Portland Food Photographer- Quaintrelle

Ryley Eckersley is taking the quaint North Mississippi restaurant, Quaintrelle, to new levels with his Chef’s Tasting Menu.  The menu is $65 with a wine pairing option for an additional $35.  (Wine Manager Chris Cooper has some delicious options too!)  I took some photos recently of some of the options you might see on the tasting menu.  Including the trout with herbs, radish, carrot, and colatura. It’s gorgeous.  I also photographed some beautiful cocktails from the talented Camille.  She has a few options for Aquavit Week which is happening right now! (And runs through the 10th.)  Her mocktails are a hit as well like the current’s season mocktail that has plum and cinnamon cordial, lemon, lime, ginger ale and mint  (They will also be featured in Via Magazine soon!)  A lot of tasty things happening at Quaintrelle.  Be sure to stop in to eat, drink and be merry.  Enjoy the photos.

PS. The last image is of Brillat-Savarin Ice Cream, fig brûlée, filberts and… foie gras shavings.  Yup!
