I’m excited to start 2020 off with photos from one of my favorite restaurants in Portland; Quaintrelle. If you haven’t experienced the excellence of Ryley Eckersley and Camille Cavan (and the entire team at Quaintrelle) I would highly suggest putting this N. Mississippi restaurant on your 2020 “must try” list.
Ryley’s menu changes with the seasons and his flavors and concoctions are always spot on. Currently he is creating dishes like Lobster Fried Rice, Duck confit, Hamachi with carrot purree and herb salad, and beef tartare. Camille is mixing up cocktails like “Pillow Talk,” a rye-based cocktail with two types of amaro, Aperol, marionberry, lemon and egg white. Or try one of their rotating “tap cocktails” that are experimental and delicious.
